When you send an email through Amazon, your original address will be replaced with an automatically generated email to protect your personal information. The seller has two business days to respond. Once you start a conversation with a seller, your account will be saved in the “Accounts and lists” tab. If you click on the “Message Center”, you can continue the conversation at any time.
